1. General Provisions


1.1. These Terms and Conditions

set out the rules for participation in the promotional campaign called

"EASTER SALE -15% on everything".


1.2. The Organizer of the

Promotional Campaign is Devanlay Sp. z o.o., entered in the National Court

Register under number KRS 0000419724, with the correspondence address: ul.

Złota 59, 00-129 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer" or

"Lacoste").

1.3. The Promotional Campaign is

conducted via the Lacoste online store (hereinafter referred to as the

"Online Store"), available at www.lacoste.pl.


1.4. Each Participant who makes a

purchase from the entire assortment in the Online Store during the promotional

period will receive a 15% discount. To use the discount, enter the promo code: KOSZYK15


3. Duration of the Promotional

Campaign


3.1. The Promotional Campaign

begins on April 16, 2024. As of the start date, the provisions of these Terms

and Conditions come into force.


3.2. The Promotional Campaign runs

until April 20, 2025, or until stock of promotional products runs out,

whichever comes first.


4. Complaints Regarding the

Promotional Campaign


4.1. All complaints regarding the

course of the Promotional Campaign will be accepted by the Organizer during the

campaign and up to 30 days after its end. Complaints must be sent to the

Organizer's correspondence address and should include the name of the

Promotional Campaign. Complaints will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt.

The Organizer will respond in writing to the address provided in the complaint

or to the email address specified by the Customer—depending on the Customer's

choice.

4.2. Regardless of the procedure

described in point 4.1, the Participant has the right to pursue claims under

generally applicable laws. The Organizer does not exclude or limit any rights

arising from such laws.


5. Complaints and Returns of

Products Purchased During the Promotional Campaign


5.1. Customers may exercise their

statutory warranty rights for defective products purchased during the

Promotional Campaign in accordance with the scope and deadlines set by

applicable law.


5.2. Returns of products purchased

during the Promotional Campaign will be accepted according to the return policy

of Devanlay Polska Sp. z o.o.


6. Final Provisions

6.1. This Promotional Campaign

cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers

organized by the Organizer.


6.2. The Terms and Conditions of

the Promotional Campaign will be available in the Online Store.


6.3. The personal data controller

of Participants is Devanlay Sp. z o.o., entered in the National Court Register

under number KRS 0000419724, with the correspondence address: ul. Złota 59,

00-129 Warsaw. Detailed information on personal data processing by the

Controller is provided in the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.lacoste.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.

For additional information or to submit data-related requests, Participants may

contact the Data Protection Officer at: gdpr@lacoste.pl or by mail to

the Controller’s address with the note "Data Protection Officer".

6.4. The Organizer reserves the

right to amend these Terms and Conditions in order to ensure the secure

operation of the Campaign, prevent abuse, clarify ambiguities, simplify

procedures, introduce additional options, or meet other significant needs of the

Organizer. Rights acquired by Participants before the changes take effect will

be fully respected. Any changes will be effective the day after they are

communicated to Participants. The Organizer will inform about changes in the

same manner as the original announcement of the Promotional Campaign.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for

participation in the promotional campaign entitled “MID SEASON SALE -20% on the

New Collection for Loyalty Program Members” (hereinafter referred to as the

“Promotional Campaign”).


1.2. The organizer of the Promotional Campaign is Devanlay

Sp. z o.o., registered in the National Court Register under number KRS

0000419724, with a correspondence address: ul. Złota 59, 00-129 Warsaw

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “Lacoste”).


1.3. The Promotional Campaign is carried out:

In Lacoste brick-and-mortar boutiques (hereinafter: “boutiques”) located in Poland – during the opening hours of individual Lacoste boutiques;

In the Lacoste online store (hereinafter: the “online store”), available at www.lacoste.pl.


1.4. The Promotional Campaign includes all products from the

Lacoste Spring/Summer 2025 collection. The offer does not apply to already

discounted items.


1.5. The Promotional Campaign is addressed to members of the

Lacoste Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).


2. Terms of the Promotional Campaign


MID SEASON SALE -20% on the New Collection for Loyalty Program Members


2.1. Every Participant who, during the Promotional Campaign

period, purchases selected marked products from the Spring/Summer 2025

collection in a Lacoste boutique or via the online store will receive a 20%

discount. The discount amount is shown on the tags of selected products in

brick-and-mortar boutiques and on the product pages of selected items in the

online store.

3. Duration of the Promotional Campaign


3.1. The Promotional Campaign begins on April 22, 2025. On

this date, these Terms and Conditions also come into effect.


3.2. The Promotional Campaign lasts until April 30, 2025, or

until stocks of the promotional products are exhausted.


4. Complaints Regarding the Promotional Campaign


4.1. All complaints regarding the course of the Promotional

Campaign will be accepted by the Organizer during the campaign and within 30

days after its end. Complaints should be submitted to the Organizer’s

correspondence address, with the name of the Promotional Campaign indicated.

Complaints will be processed within 30 days of receipt. The Organizer will

respond in writing to the allegations contained in the complaint to the

correspondence address provided by the Customer or via email, according to the Customer’s choice.


4.2. Regardless of the procedure indicated in point 4.1.,

the Participant may pursue claims in accordance with generally applicable legal

provisions. The Organizer does not exclude or limit Participants' rights if

they arise from generally applicable law.


5. Complaints and Returns of Products Purchased During

the Promotional Campaign


5.1. Customers may exercise their rights under the warranty

for defects in products purchased during the Promotional Campaign in the scope

and time limits specified by generally applicable legal regulations.


5.2. Returns of products purchased during the Promotional

Campaign are accepted in accordance with the return policy of Devanlay Polska

Sp. z o.o.


6. Final Provisions


6.1. The Promotional Campaign cannot be combined with other

promotional campaigns organized by the Organizer, including discounts and other

special offers.


6.2. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign

will be available in brick-and-mortar boutiques, the online store, and at the

Organizer’s headquarters.


6.3. The administrator of Participants' personal data is

Devanlay Sp. z o.o., registered in the National Court Register under number KRS

0000419724, with a correspondence address: ul. Złota 59, 00-129 Warsaw.

Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data by the

Administrator is described in the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.lacoste.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.

For additional information or to submit requests regarding the processing of

personal data, Participants may contact the data protection officer by email:

gdpr@lacoste.pl or by sending a letter to the Administrator's headquarters with

the note “Data Protection Officer”.

6.4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms

and Conditions in order to ensure the safe operation of the Campaign, prevent

abuse, clarify ambiguities, simplify, introduce additional options, or address

essential needs of the Organizer. Rights acquired by Participants before the

amendment will be fully respected. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will

take effect the day after information about the change is provided to

Participants. The Organizer will inform Participants of changes in the same

manner as the publication of the original Promotional Campaign announcement.

and administrator is Devanlay Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in

entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the

capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under KRS number

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”). 

2. The

Campaign is active in stationary shops of the Lacoste retail network in Poland

and in the Lacoste E-Shop.

Individuals with full legal capacity can participate in the Campaign.


4. The

Campaign is valid from 01/08/2024 to 13/09/2024 during the opening hours

of shops and 24/7 in the Lacoste E-Shop.


5. The

Campaign applies to a selected range of available products.


6.

Participation in the Campaign shall be tantamount to acceptance of the Terms

and Conditions.


7. A

participant may take part in the Campaign multiple times during the Campaign

validity term. 


8. As part

of the Campaign, a “-20%” discount on the current selling price of selected

products when buying at least 2 products and “-30%” discount when buying at

least 3 products is applied. 

9. The

discount is applied to each product included in the Campaign once the Campaign

eligibility conditions, as set out in these Terms and Conditions, have been

met.

10. The Campaign participant is entitled to

withdraw, in accordance with separate provisions, from the contract of sale of

the products purchased during the Campaign.


11. By

entering the Discount Campaign described in these Terms and Conditions, the

customer is deemed to have read these Terms and Conditions.


12. These

Terms and Conditions are the only binding document setting out the rules of the

Discount Campaign and any content of advertising and promotional materials is

for information purposes only.

13. All

enquiries related to the Campaign should be sent to: info@lacoste.pl. 


14. The

provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not affect or limit the warranty

rights of customers.


15. The

provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable legal regulations

shall apply in matters not governed by the Terms and Conditions.


16. The

Terms and Conditions shall come into force on 01/08/2024.
