Single’s Day - Additional 20%
off outlet products for registered customers
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions
set out the rules for participation in the promotional campaign titled “Single’s
Day - Additional 20% off outlet products for registered customers” (hereinafter
referred to as the “Promotional Campaign”).
1.2. The organizer of the Promotional Campaign is Devanlay Polska Sp. z o.o.,
entered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0000419724, with its
correspondence address at ul. Złota 59, 00-129 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to
as the “Organizer” or “Lacoste”).
1.3. The Promotional Campaign is conducted:
1.3.1. in the Lacoste online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Online
Store”), available at www.lacoste.pl.
1.4. The Promotional Campaign applies to outlet products only. The offer does
not include any non-discounted items.
1.5. The Promotional Campaign is addressed to participants of the Lacoste
Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).
2. Rules of the Promotional Campaign “Single’s Day –
Additional 20% off outlet products”
2.1. Each registered Participant who, during the Campaign
Period, makes a purchase of discounted products in the Online Store will
receive an additional 20% discount.
2.2. To obtain the discount, the customer must be registered and enter the
promo code OFFER11 in the shopping cart before completing the order.
3. Duration of the Promotional Campaign
3.1. The Promotional Campaign valid on 11.11.2025. The
provisions of these Terms and Conditions enter into force on the same date.
4. Complaints Regarding the Promotional Campaign
4.1. Any complaints concerning the conduct of the
Promotional Campaign will be accepted by the Organizer during the Campaign
Period and within 30 days after its conclusion. Complaints should be submitted
to the Organizer’s correspondence address, specifying the name of the
Promotional Campaign. Complaints will be reviewed within 30 days from the date
of receipt. The Organizer will respond in writing to the address provided by
the Customer in the complaint, or to the email address indicated by the
Customer - according to the Customer’s choice.
4.2. Regardless of the procedure indicated in point 4.1, the Participant may
pursue claims in accordance with generally applicable law. The Organizer does
not exclude or limit Participants’ rights arising from applicable legal
provisions.
5. Complaints and Returns of Products Purchased During
the Promotional Campaign
5.1. The customer may exercise their statutory rights
regarding defective products purchased during the Promotional Campaign, within
the scope and time limits specified by applicable law.
5.2. Returns of products purchased during the Promotional Campaign are accepted
in accordance with the standard return policy of Devanlay Polska Sp. z o.o.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Promotional Campaign cannot be combined with other
promotional offers conducted by the Organizer, including discounts and special
offers.
6.2. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign will be available in
physical Lacoste boutiques, in the Online Store, and at the Organizer’s
registered office.
6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to
ensure the safe operation of the Campaign, prevent misuse, remove ambiguities,
simplify the provisions, introduce additional options, or address significant
needs of the Organizer. Rights acquired by Participants prior to any amendment
of the Terms and Conditions will be fully respected. Any amendments to the
Terms and Conditions shall take effect the day after Participants are informed
of the changes. The Organizer will inform Participants of such changes in the
same manner as the information about the Promotional Campaign was originally
published.
